Is there a Pokemon Hentai game that does allow you to pick gender, name and starter pokemon? Like the real games but with hentai (Though not exactly the same, just very very similar)

I have heard that people are helping with the art now so hopefully a new demo won't be far off.

I'm not sure how well it'll run, but you can try using a recent Stand-alone Flash Player for Mac OSX.
flashplayer32_0r0_142_mac_sa.dmg

Just run the Flash player and open game.swf (in the pokemon game's folder)
