About General Development

Post by lipucd » August 16th, 2013, 9:30 pm

Howdy, and glad to have my own little space here at last! I'm going to be setting up sub topics shortly enough to go over each game, and let you guys give input and the like towards said games development, but I should right now go over some ground rules of how I work and set things up, least you expect things are 'missing' or wondering why things look the way they do.

-For starters I'm now using RPG Maker VX Ace for all of my creations. As such, you'll need the RTP to play anything. This is a given. If you boot up the game, and it gives you a 'missing RGSS200E.dll' error or the like, guess what? You didn't install the RTP to play XP/VX Ace games.

XP's RTP is here:

VX Ace's RTP is here:

-Lots of artwork, music, and location designs are never final. The PC's MIGHT be, but stuff like monsters, battle effects, backgrounds, HUD's, and other things chances are not. When playing these games, expect to see these change over time into more 'final' products.

-I am not the artist for these projects, rather I'm the guy who puts them all together. Asking for selective fetishes and material to be put in is cute, but kinda meaningless when I'm asking people to draw 50+ single images for pretty much zero cash behind it all. If you REALLY want to see something get done, or would like to see more content in general in a project, I do take donations just for this very reason. Admittedly, some content chances are just can't get done due towards artist own self limitations, but donating if nothing else helps me to get them to work harder/faster on their stuff, and allows me to fill in lots of empty gaps sooner.

If seeking to donate, this post does it's best job to go into detail how it'll work:

If anyone has any 'general' questions, they can be asked here as well. Thank you for your time, and I hope you enjoy any and all future projectts coming from me! :D

Aww, to bad, I would ask for the universal favorite "More Bestiality", maybe doggies and horsies. 8-)

But, well, thanks for the explanation! :)

I would enjoy getting some of that stuff done, but sadly my current batch of artist are SOOO not into that.... :(

...and of course, trying to get NEW artist is..vexing when you have zero in the way of cash as well.

But who knows? Maybe, JUST MAYBE I can sweet talk something out of them? If nothing else at least knowing there's interest into such material for my games is enough to see how far I can push the idea's forward.
